Discount Tire

I already have had exceptional service across all discount tires but this store in particular is AMAZING! They are so efficient, actively working on getting their customers in and out as quickly as possible, and treating their customers fairly! What really makes this location stand out though is the EXCEPTIONAL customer service that is received here. Every customer is treated with kindness and the most professional service. I absolutely LOVE this location and cannot say enough good things about them! Will always come to this location!

Great service! We will always buy our tires here. They always take really good care of us and look for the best deal. I specifically had Andrew’s help today and he went out of his way many times to make sure my car was taken care of. Thank you!

Haley was INCREDIBLY helpful during a stressful moment on our long road trip. On a recent, busy Monday afternoon, we had a tire that needed replacement. We decided to replace all four, but another store had our matching ones in stock. Haley worked with the other store manager to get us in before closing and back on the road quickly. We couldn’t be more grateful — thank you, Haley!! And thanks to Discount Tire for hiring such helpful, caring staff!

I recently took my F150 in to get new tire pressure sensors put in since mine were no longer working, and Discount Tire had the best price and warranty in town. At first, my truck had an issue "reading" the new sensors. Zung, the shop manager, was determined to get the issue fixed. Once we found out that it was a bad responder on my truck (not their sensors), we got it fixed. Zung stayed in contact and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. When I went back to the shop to pick up my truck, Zung was not in his office, but rather out in the shop, working hard with the other guys. I will be using this shop for my future needs due to Zung's hard work and professionalism.

Their prices are good, but the experience was another story. Empty promises as lug nuts and center caps weren’t ordered appropriately, the excessive waiting for the service to be completed, but the ultimate let down was that after I spent almost $5k on wheels and tires, they failed to provide me with the socket for my lug nuts. This left me screwed when I went to have some suspension work done and nobody could remove the wheels.
